| Description | The Czech Social Science Data Archive (CSDA) of the Institute of Sociology ASCR serves as the national centre providing access to data files from social science research projects to make them widely available for secondary use in academic research and for educational purposes. The CSDA provides services in the following three areas: (1) data acquisition, archiving and dissemination, (2) infrastructure for the Czech Republic’s participation in large international comparative projects, and (3) promotion of secondary data analysis (information services, training, methodology research, review studies). The CSDA is funded by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic and it is a member institution of the Council of Social Science Data Archives (CESSDA). |
